You will be responsible any additional charges for carpet cleaning, deodorizing, and flea bombing the entire home if any evidence of pets are found inside the home or on the premises. SERVICE ANIMALS: - ONLY service animal(s) are allowed on the premises or in the home. This is a rural area. You will see plenty of wildlife and farm animals. The Barnside is located down a private drive that share access with three other neighbors further down our road. Please be respectful of them in passing.
